Lint API
Build on Lint
One API to collect payments into virtual accounts, hold money for your customers in their own wallets, send payouts to any Nigerian bank and pay bills.
The Lint API is a REST API that speaks JSON. Every endpoint lives under /api/partner/v1, every amount is an integer in kobo, and every error has the same shape. Build against the sandbox first; going live is a change of base URL and keys.
Quickstart Get a token, open a virtual account and receive your first signed webhook in about five minutes.API reference Every endpoint, parameter and response, with samples in curl, Node.js and Python.

| Live | https://api.lint.finance/api/partner/v1 | lint.finance |
Sandbox and live are separate: keys, customers and wallets made in one do not exist in the other. See Sandbox and going live.
How it fits together
- Authenticate with your client ID and secret to get a bearer token. Tokens last 60 minutes.
- Call the API with that token. Amounts go in and come out in kobo.
- Listen for webhooks. Money arrives and bills settle asynchronously; Lint tells your server with a signed webhook.
- Reconcile with the read endpoints whenever you need certainty — every resource can be fetched again by its
id.
